Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) vB 3/4/5 Compatibility

With Windows 8.1 GA release, Internet Explorer 11 will make it’s presence known more. vBulletin version 3, 4 and 5 currently have some incompatibility issues with IE11 and for now fellow colleague and vB tech, Zachery has released 3 vB documented work arounds for IE11 detection.
