4. Google Webmaster Tools

A must have for all web site owners, free to sign up to manage your site’s sitemaps, google crawl bots, malware reports, keyword, search keyword frequency, google page speed and any site errors. Note Site performance report isn’t entirely accurate as it’s based on page load speed for only users who have Google Toolbar installed. Update frequency of Google Webmaster Tool’s Site Performance page isn’t consistent. For example below screenshot taken today of a site other than vbtechsupport.com hasn’t been updated since last month. vbtechsupport.com only recently signed up and hasn’t had it’s Site Performance stats updated at all.

Very useful break down of your site’s web page loading speed and elements. I use this alot as it allows you to select different server locations around the world to test your web site’s page loading speed and gives you both a first and second page load report so you can optimise browser level caching of web page elements.
